1/8/01 <br />0RIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14120 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF GRANT OF REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR USE OF CERTAIN <br />CITY -OWNED REAL PROPERTY <br />(HERKNER SWIM POOL) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain revocable permit entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit <br />( Herkner Swim Pool)" (form dated 12/22/00), pursuant to which the Peninsula <br />Covenant Community Center of, Redwood City, CA, subject to certain terms and <br />conditions, is hereby granted permission to use the Herkner Swim Pool at that <br />certain City -owned real property, commonly known as 1315 Madison Avenue, <br />Redwood City, California, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City <br />Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said permit substantially in the form of Exhibit "A," for and on behalf <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso -1061 <br />F:/shared/Redwood/Council <br />DESrg <br />12/22/00 <br />
