ORIGINAL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14122 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO LEASE AGREEMENT - COMMUNITY PARK <br />RECREATION BUILDING <br />1/8/01 <br />WHEREAS, this Council entered into a Lease Agreement entitled "Lease <br />Agreement County Park Recreation Building," on January 3, 1991 ( "Lease Agreement'), <br />by and between the City of Redwood City ( "City ") and National Football League Alumni <br />Association (San Francisco Chapter) ( "Lessee "); and <br />WHEREAS, a First Amendment to Lease Agreement — Community Park <br />Recreation Building (the "First Amendment') has been presented to, and reviewed by, <br />this Council; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />That certain First Amendment by and between the City and Lessee entitled "First <br />Amendment to Lease Agreement — Community Park Recreation Building," a copy of <br />which amendment is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City <br />Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said First Amendment for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso -998 1 <br />F: /Sha red /Redwood /Cou nci I <br />FXS: rg <br />09/22/00 <br />
