O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1412g <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT WITH THE REDWOOD CITY ELEMENTARY <br />SCHOOL DISTRICT TO PROVIDE FOR A SCHOOL RESOURCE <br />OFFICER AT KENNEDY AND McKINLEY MIDDLE SCHOOLS <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Service Between the City <br />of Redwood City and the Redwood City School District," by and between the City <br />of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California and the <br />Redwood City Elementary School District, a copy of which agreement is on file in <br />the Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof is hereby authorized, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />1/22/01 <br />Reso -333 <br />DES:djk <br />F:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br />12/14/00 <br />
