2/12/01 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14145 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br />SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE REDWOOD SHORES <br />TAXI SHUTTLE PILOT PROGRAM <br />(AMBER Technologies & Consulting) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is proposing to establish a <br />Residential Taxi Shuttle Pilot Program in the Redwood Shores area ( "Project') in <br />the City of Redwood City (the `Project'); and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />consulting services; and <br />WHEREAS, AMBER Technologies & Consulting of San Francisco, <br />California, represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to <br />perform the aforesaid services required for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Consulting <br />Services — Redwood Shores Residential Taxi Shuttle Program" (form dated <br />02/06/01), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of <br />the State of California, and AMBER Technologies and Consulting, for the <br />performance of the above - mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />Reso -1080 1 <br />DES:djk <br />R /Shared /Redwood /Council <br />02/06/01 <br />
