2/26/01 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14147 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br />2001 -2002 COST SHARED SIDEWALK REPAIR PROJECT AND <br />AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the 2001 -2002 Cost Shared Sidewalk <br />Repair project in the City of Redwood City, California, have been presented to, <br />and reviewed by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents for the 2001- <br />2002 Cost Shared Sidewalk Repair Project - City of Redwood City, California," <br />prepared by the Department of Community Development, Engineering Division, <br />for the Public Works Services Department, a copy of which documents are on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br />2.
