3/12/01 <br />0 f I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14160 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SURVEY SERVICES <br />(GODBE RESEARCH & ANALYSIS) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires professional survey <br />services to be performed in the City of Redwood City (the `Project'); and <br />WHEREAS, Godbe Research & Analysis of Half Moon Bay, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Survey <br />Services" (form dated 02/23/01), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, and Godbe Research & Analysis <br />for the performance of the above - mentioned services, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is <br />hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and the City <br />Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to <br />attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br />Reso -1092 <br />DES:djk <br />R /Shared /Redwood /Council <br />02/23/01 <br />
