SECTION 3. Resolution No. 13298 entitled, "Resolution Establishing a <br />Salary and Wage Plan for Certain Employee Classifications (SEIU Unit); and <br />Rescinding Resolution No. 12803 and Any and All Amendments Pertaining <br />Thereto", adopted March 23, 1998, and any and all other amendments pertaining <br />thereto, is hereby rescinded. <br />SECTION 4. This resolution shall be effective upon the date of its <br />adoption; provided, however, the salary rates set forth in Exhibit A shall be <br />operative retroactively to and including January 29, 2001, and the salary rates <br />set forth in Exhibit B shall be operative commencing January 28, 2002, and the <br />salary rates set forth in Exhibit C shall be operative commencing January 27, <br />2003. <br />Reso-1105 4 <br />DES:djk <br />F:/Shared/Redwood/Council <br />03/12/01 <br />14168 <br />
