ORIGINAL 3/26/01 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14173 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR COST SHARING WITH THE COUNTY OF <br />SAN MATEO FOR RESURFACING UPLAND ROAD AND THE <br />ALAMEDA DELAS PULGAS <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement — Cost Sharing Agreement <br />for the Resurfacing of Upland Road Between Hillcrest Drive and Hetch- <br />Hetchy /County Limits in the Oak Knoll Manor Area of Redwood City and <br />Alameda de las Pulgas in the Kensington Square Area of Redwood City." (the <br />"Agreement "), between the City of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo, <br />a copy of which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and <br />the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />and to attest thereto, respectively said Agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br />Reso -1101 <br />F:/s h /mc/coun cil /reso <br />FXS:djk <br />03/12/00 <br />
