DES:~ '~ 05/03/96 (107/41) <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 12768 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR MATERIALS TESTING AND CONSTRUCTION <br /> INSPECTION SERVICES RELATING TO THE NEW CITY HALL <br /> <br /> (INSPECTION CONSULTANTS, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to construct a <br />new City Hall in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City of Redwood <br />City requires professional consulting engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Inspection Consultants, Inc. of Oakland, California <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and <br />expertise to perform the aforesaid services required for the <br />Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement Professional <br />Engineering Services - for Materials Testing and Construction <br />Inspection Services For the New City Hall" (form dated 05/03/96), <br />by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation <br />of the State of California and Inspection Consultants, Inc., for <br />the performance of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br />respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
