3/26/01 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14130 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID OF THE REDWOOD CITY <br />ALMANAC FOR OFFICIAL ADVERTISING AND DESIGNATING <br />SAID NEWSPAPER AS THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 90 of the Charter of the <br />City of Redwood City, proposals were solicited from all newspapers of general <br />circulation in the City for the publication of all matters of the City required to be <br />published; and <br />WHEREAS, the Redwood City Almanac, which has been adjudicated as a <br />newspaper of general circulation with its principal office of publication located in <br />the City of Redwood City, is the lowest responsible bidder responding to said <br />solicitation for bids; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to designate the Redwood City Almanac <br />as the official newspaper of the City of Redwood City; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1.
