said application and such other documents as may be pertinent, for and on <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />2. The Council hereby designates the Community Development Services <br />Director as the City's authorized representative. <br />3. Upon execution of the application and such other documents aforesaid, <br />the Community Development Services Director is hereby authorized and directed <br />to submit said application with the required attached documents including, a <br />certified copy of this resolution to the San Francisco Bay Trail Project, a nonprofit <br />organization, administered by ABAG. <br />4.
