designated or mentioned in said Agreement. As a condition precedent to City's <br />acceptance of any of the Improvements which are the subject of the Agreement, <br />Owner shall furnish to City and file with the City Clerk a bond or cash deposit <br />securing the faithful performance by Owner of all such maintenance work, in the <br />amount of One Hundred Forty -three Thousand Nine Hundred and No /100 <br />Dollars ($143,900.00). Said bond or cash deposit shall be effective for a period <br />of one (1) year after acceptance of the Improvements by City's Council. <br />3.
