4/23/01 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14199 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE 2000 -2001 ASPHALT RUBBER CHIP SEAL PROJECT; AND <br />AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the 2000 -2001 Asphalt Rubber Chip <br />Seal Project, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed <br />by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />2000 -2001 Asphalt Rubber Chip Seal Project - City of Redwood City, California <br />94063 ", prepared by the Department of Community Development <br />Services /Engineering and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in <br />the office the of the Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby <br />approved. <br />2.
