1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute all <br />necessary and appropriate documents for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br />City for the purchase of eight (8) Panasonic Tough Book 48 Computers and <br />accessories from Motorola Corporation in the total amount of Thirty -nine <br />Thousand Three Hundred Forty -three and 24/100 Dollars ($39,343.24) pursuant <br />to the Cooperative Purchase Provision of the City of Sunnyvale Purchase Order <br />#5897, a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved. <br />2. Any informality in the aforementioned City of Sunnyvale Purchase <br />Order #5897 is hereby waived. <br />3.
