4/23/nl <br />0RIGINAL <br />RESOLUT ION NO. 14206 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT FOR THE USE OF THE REDWOOD CITY <br />WEAPONS FIRING RANGE <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Grant of Revocable Permit For the Use <br />of the Redwood City Weapons Firing Range" (form dated 04/13/01), by and <br />between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California and the City of Belmont granting to said City the non - exclusive use of <br />the City's Weapons Firing Range subject to the terms and conditions stated <br />therein, a copy of which permit is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso -1133 <br />FXS:djk <br />F:/S ha red /Redwood /Cou not I <br />04/13/01 <br />
