O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14212 <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING SAN MATEO COUNTY LOCAL <br />AGENCY FORMATION COMMISSION APPROVAL OF <br />PROPOSED WATER SERVICE EXTENSION <br />(APN 068 - 221 -090) <br />5/7/01 <br />WHEREAS, the owner of property located at 1055 Wilmington Way <br />(designated by Assessor's Parcel No. [ "APN "] 068 - 221 -090) (the "Property ") has <br />applied to the City of Redwood City ( "City ") for connection of the Property to the <br />City's potable water service system; and <br />WHEREAS, the Property is located in the unincorporated area of San <br />Mateo County within the City's existing water service area; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 56133 the San <br />Mateo County Local Agency Formation Commission is hereby requested to <br />approve connection of the Property to the City's existing potable water service <br />system; provided, that said request is made without prejudice to contest the <br />applicability of said Section with respect to properties located within the City's <br />existing water service area in the unincorporated area of said County. <br />Reso -1148 1 <br />f/s h/s h \redwood \cou nci I <br />DES:rg <br />05/01/01 <br />
