6/11/01 <br />0 R I G I J A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14237 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />REDWOOD SHORES PARKWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT; <br />AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR <br />BIDS THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Redwood Shores Parkway <br />Improvement Project (from Bridge Parkway to Shell Parkway) in the City of <br />Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed by, this Council; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain contract documents entitled, "Contract Documents for <br />Redwood Shores Parkway Improvement Project (From Bridge Parkway to Shell <br />Parkway) - City of Redwood City, California," prepared by the Department of <br />Community Development Services, Engineering Division, for the Department of <br />Public Works Services, a copy of which documents are on file in the office the of <br />the City Clerk, are hereby approved. <br />2.
