0 R I G I i J A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14248 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL <br />FUNDING TO THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY FOR THE <br />INFORMATION AND REFERRAL PROGRAM FOR FISCAL <br />YEAR 2000 -2001 <br />(FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER) <br />6/11/01 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain amendment entitled, "Amendment to FY 2000/2001 <br />Agreement #71000- 01 -C110 Between San Mateo County Human Services <br />Agency - Office of Housing and City of Redwood City - Fair Oaks Community <br />Center", by and between the County of San Mateo (styled therein as "San Mateo <br />County Human Services Agency Office of Housing ") and the City of Redwood <br />City, pursuant to which said County shall provide additional funding for, facility <br />renovations to accommodate the expansion of family services available at the <br />City's Fair Oaks Community Center, a copy of which Amendment is on file in the <br />Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said Amendment to Agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso -1158 <br />Shared /Redwood /Council <br />FXS:djk <br />05/23/01 <br />
