6/11/01 <br />0 R I a I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 142sn <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR OPERATION OF THE FAIR OAKS <br />SENIOR CENTER PROGRAM <br />(FAMILY SERVICE AGENCY OF SAN MATEO) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Operation of the Fair <br />Oaks Senior Center Program (Family Service Agency of San Mateo)" (form <br />dated 06/04/01), by and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California, and Family Service Agency of San Mateo, <br />a California nonprofit corporation, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br />office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said amendment to agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />Reso -1135 <br />F \Shared /Redwood /Council <br />FXS:rg <br />06/04/01 <br />
