07/09/01 <br />0 R I G I N A B <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14278 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND APPROVING <br />AMENDMENT OF THE GENERAL PLAN OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY CHANGING THE DESIGNATION FROM <br />THE OPEN SPACE TO COMMERCIAL/OFFICE AT THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 101 TWIN DOLPHIN DRIVE <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Redwood City has duly <br />reviewed and approved a proposed amendment of the General Plan of the City of <br />Redwood City; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council, after public hearing duly noticed and held, desires to <br />approve and adopt the proposed amendment of the General Plan of the City of <br />Redwood City; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />1. Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 18 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />City and Government Code, Section 65350, et seq., this Council hereby approves and <br />adopts that certain amendment of the General Plan of the City of Redwood City <br />changing the designation from "Open Space" to "Commercial /Office" at the property <br />located at 101 Twin Dolphin Drive. <br />2.
