2. The Lowest Responsible Bidders are hereby authorized and directed to <br />enter into a subcontract agreement in the form approved by this Council <br />pursuant to Resolution No. 12720 with Rudolph & Sletten, Inc., the Contract <br />Manager/General Contractor, copies of which agreements are on file in the <br />Office of the City Clerk, to which copies reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, and are hereby approved. <br /> <br /> 3.
