1. This Council, upon consideration of the documents, referenced in <br />Exhibit "A ", (attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference), the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission, and testimony received at the <br />Council's noticed public hearing upon said requested designation, does hereby <br />designate the parcel or parts thereof shown on Exhibit "A" as a historic landmark. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the Planning Commission, <br />Historic Resources Advisory Committee, Building Official and the County <br />Recorder of said designation and to transmit a copy of this resolution to the <br />owners of record of the property herein designated as a historic landmark. <br />F:Atty2001 Shared/Redwood/Council/Reso/Reso-1 226 2 14378 <br />
