09/24/01 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 143g� <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR <br />THE FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER HVAC PROJECT; AND <br />AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br />THEREFOR <br />WHEREAS, contract documents for the Fair Oaks Community Center <br />HVAC Project, Redwood City, California, have been presented to, and reviewed <br />by, this Council; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to signify its approval thereof and <br />authorize and direct the City Clerk to advertise for bids for the work therein <br />described; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Those certain documents entitled, "Contract Documents for the Fair <br />Oaks Community Center HVAC Project - City of Redwood City, California ", <br />prepared by the Department of Community Development Services/ Engineering <br />and Construction, a copy of which documents are on file in the office of the <br />Manager, Engineering and Construction, are hereby approved. <br />2.
