BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Approves the filing of an Application for local assistance funds from <br />the Roberti- Z'Berg- Harris Open Space and Recreation Program under the Safe <br />Neighborhood Parks, Clean Water, Clean Air, and Coastal Protection Bond Act <br />of 2000. <br />2. Certifies that the Applicant has or will have sufficient funds to <br />operate and maintain the Project(s). <br />3. Certifies that the Applicant has reviewed, understands and agrees <br />to the General Provisions contained in the Contract shown in the Procedural <br />Guide. <br />4. Appoints the Director of the Parks, Recreation and Community <br />Services Department as agent to conduct all negotiations, execute and submit all <br />documents including, but not limited to Applications, agreements, payment <br />requests and so on, which may be necessary for the completion of Project(s). <br />14400 <br />F:Atty2001 Shared/Redwood/Council/Reso/Reso-1 259 2 <br />
