I <br />a bond or certificate of deposit securing the faithful performance by Owner of all . <br />such maintenance work, in the amount of Forty-two Thousand Five Hundred and <br />No /100 Dollars ($42,500.00). Said bond or certificate of deposit shall be <br />effective for a period of one (1) year after acceptance of the improvements by <br />City's Council. <br />d) Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner <br />shall deposit Thirty-five Thousand Seven Hundred and No /100 Dollars <br />($35,700.00) for plan checking, engineering, inspection, laboratory and field <br />testing, water supply, and all other applicable fees and charges. Any part of the <br />deposit not utilized by City for payment of its services pursuant to this <br />Subparagraph (d) shall be returned to Owner. Owner understands and agrees <br />that the amount of said deposit is an estimate and agrees to pay any additional <br />amount for the aforesaid services provided by City within ten (10) days after <br />billing by the City Collector. <br />e) Before the release of said final map by City for recordation, Owner <br />shall furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk, certificates and policies of <br />public liability and property damage insurance as required by the above - <br />described Agreement. <br />2. Those certain plans entitled "Improvement Plans for Marie La Rocca <br />Estates," as well as the City's revised specifications entitled "Engineering Standards for <br />the City of Redwood City," adopted January 5, 1998, which plans and specifications are <br />on file in the office of the City Engineer, are hereby approved and adopted as the plans <br />F: Atty /Reso /Reso.1269 <br />122001 DBB: <br />3 <br />14409 <br />
