03/11/02 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO.1 <br />A RESOLUTION RATIFYING THE FIRST <br />AMENDMENT TO THE GROUND LEASE WITH <br />REDWOOD SHORES CHILDCARE, LLC. <br />WHEREAS, on April 17th, 2001, the City Council of the City of Redwood City <br />approved, by resolution, a Ground Lease with Shores Childcare, LLC (the "Ground <br />Lease "); and <br />WHEREAS, on February 25, 2002, the City Council approved, by minute action, <br />the First Amendment to the Ground Lease; and <br />WHEREAS, for the purpose of legislative consistency the City Council desires to <br />ratify, by resolution, its action of February 25, 2002, approving the First Amendment to <br />the Ground Lease. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />1.
