2. If offered such a grant, the City Manager of the City of Redwood <br />City shall accept the grant and sign any documents for <br />administration of the grant funds, designate Whitney Knueppel, <br />Project Manager, as the City of Redwood City's contact person to <br />work with City Trees to develop a work plan for the project, and the <br />City of Redwood City, Finance Department to submit invoices to <br />the Department of Water Resources for activities carried out under <br />the work plan for the grant contract. <br />3.
