14428 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1442A <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FIRST <br />AMENDMENT TO THE REVOCABLE PERMIT <br />FOR OPERATION OF A FARMERS MARKET <br />WHEREAS, on or about March 9, 1999, Permittee was granted a revocable <br />permit to operate a Farmers Market in Redwood City (the "Permit'); and <br />WHEREAS, the parties now desire to amend the Permit to extend the operating <br />period by one month and to update the notification address for Permittee. <br />NOW, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The First Amendment to the Revocable Permit for Operation of a Farmers <br />Market, a copy of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk, is approved; <br />and <br />2. The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute and to attest thereto, respectively, said amendment for and on behalf <br />of the City of Redwood City. <br />3.
