3/25/02 <br />O R I G I N A L <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14 4 2 9 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE <br />AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING <br />SERVICES WITH CH2MHILL FOR ENVIRONMENTAL <br />ANALYSIS FOR THE REDWOOD SHORES BAYFRONT <br />SPECIFIC PLAN <br />WHEREAS, on or about September 13, 2000, the City entered into an <br />Agreement with CH2MHILL ( "Consultant ") for Professional Consulting Services <br />for Environmental Analysis for the Redwood Shores Bayfront Specific Plan (the <br />"Agreement "); and <br />WHEREAS, the City and Consultant now desire to amend the Agreement <br />to permit Consultant to prepare a Draft EIR and a Final EIR; and <br />WHEREAS, the South Bayside System Authority ( "SBSK) has agreed to <br />pay all costs associated with Consultant's work performed as described in <br />Amendment No. 1. <br />NOW, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Consulting Services <br />Agreement for Environmental Analysis related to Redwood Shores <br />Bayfront Specific Plan, a copy of which is on file in the Office of the <br />City Clerk, is approved; and <br />F:Atty /Reso /Reso.1287 1 <br />031102 <br />
