L a a z Q <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />ANNUAL RENEWAL OF COOPERATIVE SERVICE AGREEMENT <br />TO CONDUCT PREDATOR DAMAGE MANAGEMENT ACTIVITIES <br />ON REDWOOD CITY PROPERTIES IN THE REDWOOD SHORES <br />PENINSULA <br />(REDWOOD SHORES LEVEE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That certain agreement entitled "Cooperative Service Agreement (Trust <br />Fund) Between the City of Redwood City and United States Department of <br />Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Heath Inspection Service (APHIS) Wildlife <br />Services (WS) to Conduct Predator Damage Management Activities at City of <br />Redwood City Properties on the Redwood Shore Peninsula," (Agreement <br />Number: 02- 73 -06- 5334 -TF), extending the term of the existing Cooperative <br />Service Agreement, a copy of which agreement is on file in the Office of the City <br />Clerk, to which reference is made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved. <br />2. The City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute, and attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br />F:Atty /Reso /Reso.1301 <br />042502 <br />
