WHEREAS, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company ( "State <br />Farm ") is the successor in interest to Grantee, James W. Huish and Marie A. <br />Huish; and <br />WHEREAS, on August 18, 1986, the City Council of the City of Redwood <br />City adopted Resolution No. 10309 approving and authorizing execution of a <br />revocable encroachment permit with State Farm for bridge purposes on certain <br />City owned real property (vicinity of Marsh Road and Hoover Street) (the <br />"Encroachment Permit) (recorded October 14, 1986 as Instrument No. <br />86128206 in the Official Records of the County of San Mateo, State of <br />California); and <br />WHEREAS, the City and State Farm now wish to amend the terms of the <br />Grant Deed to remove the City's ability to terminate the Grant Deed and to <br />replace and supercede the Access Agreement and Encroachment Permit with <br />the attached Easement Agreement (the "Easement Agreement'), which is <br />incorporated herein by reference as Exhibit A. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. City Council Resolution No. 10309 is hereby repealed. <br />2.
