NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That no property tax shall be transferred from the County to the City based <br />upon the detachment and annexation of the Properties. <br />2.
