NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 . The City Council hereby approves the Report, attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference.
