4. Duties The Committee shall advise the City Council on matters including, <br />but not limited to, the following: <br />a. Selection and retention of the City's independent financial auditor. <br />b. Establish the independent auditor's annual work plan and <br />determine if any special focus may be necessary. <br />C. Receive progress reports and the final report from the City's <br />independent auditor. <br />d.
