4TH SUPPLEMENTAL REPOI� --Order No. 455207 <br />Escrow No. NCS -11441 <br />Title of said estate or interest at the date hereof is vested in: <br />2117 BROADWAY PARTNERS, L.P., a California limited partnership <br />The estate or interest in the land hereinafter described or referred to covered by this Report is: <br />A FEE as to Parcel I; AN EASEMENT as to Parcel II. <br />The land referred to in this Report is situated in the State of California, County of San Mateo, <br />City of Redwood City and is described as follows: <br />PARCEL 1: <br />Portion of Block 2 of Range "A ", as shown on that certain map entitled "TOWN OF <br />MEZESVILLE ", filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, State of <br />California, on August 1, 1856 in Book 1 of Maps at page(s) 79, particularly described as <br />follows: <br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the Easterly line of Middlefield Road, formerly Second <br />and /or Webster Street, and the Southerly line of Broadway, formerly "A" Street, as said streets <br />are shown on the map above mentioned; thence from said point of beginning along the Southerly <br />line of Broadway North 86 31' 20" East 100.12 feet; thence South 3° 27' 15" East 275.00 feet; <br />thence.South 86.° 3l.' 20 ". West-99.90. feet.to, the Easterly line. of, Middlefield Road; thence North <br />3° 30' West along said Easterly line 275.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />PARCEL 2: <br />A permanent easement for parking of automobiles, trucks and other vehicles upon that certain <br />parcel of land described as follows: <br />Portion of Block 2, of Range "A" as shown on that certain map entitled "TOWN OF <br />MEZESVILLE ", which map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo, <br />State of California on August 1, 1856 in Book 1 of Maps at page 79 and portion of Block 2, as <br />designated on the map entitled "MAP OF THE PROPERTY IN VILLA LOTS OF J.
