DILLER ", filed in the of the Countv Recorder of San Mateo County <br />on September 18, 1863 in Book ''E" of Original Maps at page 77 and copied into Book 1 of <br />Maps at page 83, more particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the Westerly line of Washington Street, distant thereon North 3° 30' <br />West 50.39 feet from the Southeast corner of Lot 3 in said Block 2; said point of beginning <br />being the Northeasterly comer of land conveyed by Deed from Anabelle C.
