V. DILLER ", filed in the office of the County Recorder <br />of San Mateo County on September 18, 1863 in Book "E" of Maps at page 77 and copied into <br />Book 1 of Maps at page 83, described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly line of Jefferson Avenue, formerly Washington Street, <br />distant thereon, North 3 30' West 10.39 feet from the Southeasterly corner of said Lot 3, said <br />point of beginning being the Northeasterly corner of land conveyed by Deed from Anabelle C. <br />Grandi to Anna Porter, dated January 11, 1929 and recorded January 19, 1929 in Book 394 of <br />Official Records at page 235, Records of San Mateo County, California; thence along the <br />Northerly line of lands so conveyed, South 87' 15' West 90.01 feet to the Easterly line of a <br />proposed 18 foot alley; thence along said line of said alley, North 3' 30' West 40 feet; thence <br />North 87 15' East 90.01 feet to said line of Jefferson Avenue; thence along said last named <br />line, South 3' 30' East 40.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br />JPN 052 036 366 05 A <br />A.P.
