1. This Council hereby finds, determines and declares that those items <br />listed on Exhibit A are surplus; that they are no longer necessary or required for <br />municipal or public purposes; and that the appraised value of the total of each of <br />the items to be sold as a unit is more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000). <br />2.
