Second Violation. <br />Except as otherwise set forth in Section 3 above, the fine amount for a second <br />violation of the same code section by the same person within a twelve (12) month <br />period of the first violation will be two hundred dollars ($200). <br />SECTION 5. Third Violation and Subsequent Violations. <br />Except as otherwise set forth in Section 3 above, the fine amount for a third and <br />each subsequent violation of the same code section by the same person within a twelve <br />(12) month period from the second and /or most recent violation will be five hundred <br />dollars ($500). <br />SECTION 6. Administrative Civil Penalties. <br />Administrative civil penalties for violations of any provision of the Municipal Code <br />will be assessed pursuant to Article II of Chapter 1 of of the Redwood City Municipal <br />Code.
