NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. It is the intention of Redwood City to participate in the formation of <br />the Bay Area Water Supply and Conservation Agency ( "Agency ") and to be a <br />member of such Agency once it has been formed. <br />2.
