3. The City of Redwood City commits to make available local matching and <br />supplemental funds as specified in the Library Project Budget when they are needed <br />to meet cash flow requirements for the Redwood Shores Community Library project. <br />4. The City of Redwood City certifies the project budget of $16,962,250.00 contained in <br />the Library Project Budget section of the Application Form. <br />5. The City of Redwood City asserts that all information submitted in the Application <br />Form and the required supporting documents are accurate and truthful as of the date <br />on which the Application is submitted. <br />6. The City of Redwood City commits to operate the completed facility and provide <br />public library direct service. <br />7. The City of Redwood City commits that the facility shall be dedicated to public library <br />direct service use for a period of 40 years following completion of the project, <br />regardless of any operating agreements the applicant may have with other <br />jurisdictions or parties. <br />F:Atty /Reso /Reso.1380 <br />032003 2 14 518 <br />
