NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, HEREBY: <br />Endorses and supports Assembly Constitutional Amendment 10 which, if made <br />into law, will provide that storm drains and storm water pollution prevention programs <br />are exempt from the voting requirements of Proposition 218, thus enabling local <br />jurisdictions to more effectively fund and address storm water pollution issues. <br />F:Atty /Reso /Reso.1385 2 14522 <br />03/26/03 <br />
