1. The Action Plan and Application prepared for submission to the United <br />States Department of Housing and Urban Development for a Community Development <br />Block Grant pursuant to Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of <br />1974, copies of which as well as the Consolidated Plan are on file in the office of the <br />Community Development Services Department of the City of Redwood City, are hereby <br />approved. <br />2. The City Council does hereby certify that the City of Redwood City has <br />followed its adopted Citizen Participation Plan as required by Section 104(a) of the Act. <br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute and file the Application <br />and all documents, including all understandings and assurances necessary or <br />appropriate in connection therewith, and to provide such additional information as may <br />be required for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />4.
