10/13/2003 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. That the revised Engineering Standards for the City of Redwood City, <br />dated October 13, 2003, and on file with the City's Office of Engineering and <br />Construction are hereby approved and adopted as the minimum standard specifications <br />for the construction of public improvements in the City of Redwood City; provided, <br />however, that nothing herein contained shall be deemed to limit the authority of this <br />Council, or any commission, board or officer of the City to require higher or different <br />standards as may otherwise be duly authorized or required. <br />2. That the Director of Community Development Services or his /her <br />designee and any and all other duly authorized officers of the City of Redwood City are <br />hereby authorized and directed to implement the revised standards hereby approved. <br />--- 3. That Resolution No. 13267 entitled, "Resolution Approving and Adopting <br />Revised Engineering Standards for the City of Redwood City; and Rescinding <br />Resolution No. 13020 is hereby rescinded. <br />F:/ATTY /RESO /RESO.1430 2 14557 <br />092903 <br />
