DES:d'~ 05/03/96 (109/41) <br /> DES: a~< 06/03/96RR <br /> <br /> acceptance of the improvements by City, Owner shall furnish <br /> to City and file with the City Clerk a bond or deposit <br /> securing the faithful performance by Owner of all such <br /> maintenance work, in the amount of Thirty-four Thousand Four <br /> Hundred Forty-seven and No/100 Dollars ($34,447.00). Said <br /> bond or deposit shall be effective for a period of one (1) <br /> year after acceptance of the improvements by City's Council. <br /> <br /> (d) Before the release of said final map by City for <br /> recordation, Owner shall furnish to the City and file with <br /> the City Clerk, certificates and policies of public <br /> liability and property damage insurance as required by the <br /> above-described Agreement. <br /> <br /> 2. Those certain plans entitled "Plans for the Improvement <br />of City Centre Plaza", and those certain specifications entitled <br />"Supplemental Specifications for Civil/Landscape/Irrigation <br />Improvements", as well as the City's specifications entitled <br />"Engineering Standards - City of Redwood City", adopted December <br />16, 1991, which plans and specifications are on file in the <br />office of the City Engineer are hereby approved and adopted as <br />the plans and specifications according to which the above- <br />mentioned improvements shall be constructed. <br /> <br /> 3. That certain proposed Agreement between the City of <br />Redwood City and Owner, entitled "Agreement for Improvement of <br />City Centre Plaza", (form dated 06/03/96RR), a copy of which <br />Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which <br />copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, <br />is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
