The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute and file <br />Amendment No. 2 to the Sanitary Sewerage Treatment and Capacity Rights and <br />Services (Town of Woodside) Agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto as <br />Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference. <br />2.
