Project Impact on the El Camino Real/Whipple Avenue Intersection Potential Impact: Traffic generated by the Initial Project would have been expected to degrade operations at the intersection of El Camino Real and Whipple Avenue during the PM peak hour to an unacceptable level (Impact 7 -1). However, the Project, which is essentially identical to FEIR Alternative 6 for this purpose, is not expected to have a significant impact at this intersection.
