EXHIBIT "A" <br />PROPOSED <br />ANNEXATION OF THE LANDS OF BLUM <br />TO THE EMERALD LAKE HEIGHTS <br />SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br />Being a portion of Lot 16 and all of Lot 15 as shown on the map entitled "Highlands of Emerald <br />Lake Subdivision No. 6" which map was filed in the Office of the Recorder of the County of San <br />Mateo, State of California, on May 4, 1927 in Book 15 at Pages 64, 65 and 66 and more <br />particularly described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the southerly line of said Lot 15 with the westerly line of <br />Jefferson Avenue as shown on said map; Thence from said Point of Beginning, North 87° 59' <br />West, 96.41 feet along said southerly line to the southwesterly comer of said Lot and a point in <br />the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District as established by Res. #47245, passed <br />and adopted on December 3, 1985; Thence North 3° 55' 50" West, 80 feet along said district <br />boundary and along the westerly line of said Lot 15 and 16 to the intersection with a line drawn <br />parallel to and distant five (5) feet northerly (measured at right angles) from the southerly line of <br />said Lot 16, said point of intersection also being an angle point the district boundary as <br />established by Res. #47575, passed and adopted on December 3, 1985; Thence South 89 06' 30" <br />East, 98 feet more or less along said parallel line and district boundary to the point in the <br />westerly line of said Jefferson Avenue; Thence leaving said district boundary, South 2° 52' East, <br />75 feet more or less along said westerly line of Jefferson Avenue to the Point of Beginning. <br />Containing .17 acres more or less. <br />F: \USERS\ADN4IN\ DRAFT .N'G\EX1iID1TS\2004\Proposed Annexation Lands of Blum ELHSMD.doc <br />TOTAL P.05 <br />
