06/06/2005 <br />expiration date of the Permit until such time as a public hearing is held and the <br />application is considered. <br />WHEREAS, the Board opened the Permit for the Program to amend the Permit <br />to add new Redevelopment Language (Amendment of Order 99 -059), and adopted the <br />Amendment on February 19, 2003. <br />WHEREAS, the San Mateo County Flood Control District Act, as amended by <br />the State Legislature in 1992 (Assembly Bill 2635), authorized the San Mateo County <br />Flood Control District (the "District") to impose charges to fund storm drainage <br />programs such as the NPDES County -wide general program. <br />WHEREAS, the Basic Annual Charges and Additional Annual Charges for fiscal <br />year 2005/06, when adopted, would be necessary to fund an approximated $1,450,000 <br />Budget for fiscal year 2005/2006 are as follows: <br />Parcel Type Basic Fee Additional Fee <br />(Adjusted Annually by CPI -U) <br />Single Family $3.44 /APN $2.62 per parcel <br />Residence <br />Miscellaneous, <br />Agriculture, Vacant and <br />Condominium <br />$1.72 /APN <br />$1. 30 per parcel <br />All other land uses $3.44 /APN <br />(1 11,000 sq. ft.) <br />+ $0.32 per 1,000 sq. ft. of <br />additional sq. ft. of parcel <br />area <br />$2.62 per parcel <br />(1 11,000 sq. ft.) <br />+ $0.24 per 1,000 sq. ft. of <br />additional sq. ft. of parcel <br />area <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Redwood City that: <br />1.
