ATTACHMENT "B" <br />CONDITIONS FOR THE VACATION <br />OF <br />ST. FRANCIS STREET <br />The Applicant shall comply with the following Conditions of Approval: <br />1. The property owner at 1535 shall install curb, gutter & sidewalk, and wheelchair ramp <br />across the old street opening. <br />2. The Property Owner at 1535 Redwood Avenue shall pay an in -lieu undergrounding fee in <br />the amount of $9,030.00. <br />3. The property owner at 1535 Redwood Avenue shall maintain the vacated property until <br />the final disposition of the property is determined. <br />NOTE: After the public street is vacated by City, the conveyance of land abutting on a <br />public street is to be determined from the Grant Deeds of abutting properties by an <br />appropriate Title Insurance Company. <br />4.
